We use size ‘0’, 500 mg capsules. One Teaspoon will fill approximately 7 size “0” capsules.
Note: Outcome is dependent on product used and how densely it’s packed.
Example: One 500 mg. (seed & skin) capsule = approximately 0.02 oz. (just shy of 1/8 teaspoon).
Half that amount (250 mg.) =1/16 tsp.
